Online Sign-up Form Instructions Website Administrator A few words on its use.   The online sign-up form is NOT SECURE.  At this stage in the website's development, there is currently no provision (meaning there is no money) that can afford us the security software used by many good Websites  today. Please use the online sign-up form at your discretion.  You may want to bear in mind, however, that  telephone  numbers and email addresses, which will be used on these forms, are easily found in phone books, the internet, and most public records keeping facilities.  Submitting your name, telephone number and email address today are not normally considered sensitive information.   When you submit information using the online sign-up form, please double-check your information before you click the submit button.  There is a way to have you check again after submitting the form, but that piece of programming has not yet been developed.   Finally, please be complete.  The activity organizer would like to be able to contact you easily.  Yes, of course, he can always try to find his Parish Directory, or Members Phone roster, but it would be so nice to just be able to gather all the sign-up emails and just give you a call or simply click a mouse button to email you a confirmation.   Most of your activity organizers will want to verify at some point that you did indeed sign-up for that activity, so most likely, you'll be receiving a telephone call or email to confirm time and date with you.   When warranted, you will see links to sign-up forms on the Main page under the calendar section.  To sign up for an activity, click the "Sign-Up" link next to the activity you're intested in, fill in the blanks, check your information, then click the "Submit" button.  After a few moments, you will see a message thanking you for signing up, and to watch your email box for an electronic confirmation.  At that point, you're committed!   Thank you, and if you have any further questions about the sign-up form, please don't hesitate to ask the Grand Knight or the Website Administrator.
